There are several opportunities to explore Flåm on your own.

Bike rental is available in walking distance offering e-bikes, E-mobility and Segways. The port is also a starting point for several scenic walks suitable for all levels. This includes the Brekkefossen Waterfall, Rjoandefossen Waterfall, Flåm Church and a Cultural walk in the Fretheim park.
